Dense ruby color, and the nose is intense and territorial, with aromas of black cherry, notes of bark, and a subtle iron minerality. Fresh palate, with a balanced structure of fruit and spices, dense tannins of medium persistence.
IL SOLATIO
White Wine Organic IGT Tuscany
The Poggio Solatio white wine comes from the traditional blend of Trebbiano and Tuscan Malvasia. It ferments on the skins for thirty days obtaining the so-called "vin brusco" or orange wine.
Its vibrant straw yellow color immediately announces notes of freshness and vivacity.
Bewitching to the nose and rich with floral notes, it is balanced in the mouth, fruity with an excellent acidity that is absolutely appropriate for a great white wine.
